To Whom It May Concern:

As Festival Director for the Little Mountain Folk Festival, a two-day craft, music, food Festival with an attendance of 8-10,000 visitors, I am very pleased and impressed with the fine service we received from Miller & Company for the Festival in 2004. In dealing with John Pilati I found him to be very reasonable and thorough in relating to and dealing with our needs.

All arrangements were completed on time and everything was delivered, cleaned and picked up when the schedule stated.

The men that delivered the units were very courteous and helpful in placing them where I requested, even though some were in hard to reach places.

The units were very clean and in excellent condition as John had stated they would be. This is the first year we have had no visitor complaints about our lavatory facilities for this event. I will be using Miller & Company again for Festival 2005.
