In its inaugural season, the Falls River Square District saw hundreds of thousands of folks in 2004. Upon completion of this $5 million festival and special event site, it was crucial that the grounds be kept clean, tidy and always ready for the public.

Through your diligent efforts and exceptional service, 2004 was an incredible success. I have enjoyed working with you and hope to continue the positive relationship between Miller & Company and the City of Cuyahoga Falls.

During events like Rockin' on the River, these units are very well used, but by Saturday morning, they are thoroughly cleaned again, restocked and ready for use. You are readily accessible and respond quickly to our calls. Furthermore, your service crew is polite and thorough. I appreciate the attention to detail that is paid by your employees.
